Shell Dish

This dish is inspired by seashells and pearls (the round feet). I wanted to experiment with the rim. I had some trouble with the dish collapsing at the centre because I didn’t let the main slab dry enough before attaching it to the feet so I had to keep flipping it and adding supports under the dish. I did not like how it looked in its natural red clay and used CN244 (Really White) all over. The dish has a large flat surface so I am thinking of doing a painting on it.
